I truly love working in the Real Estate industry for many reasons.
One is that the shelter market is fluid and dynamic and always exciting. People live in their purchase, they watch it increase in value and I find that a wholesome endeavor.
Another reason is that there is an opportunity to really help many people that are making big decisions with their investment in property.
Being a people-person has presented me the opportunity to work with incredible customers, many who have become close friends.

Boating, diving and equestrian activities have almost always been a part of my life.
I have raised six sons and am proud of each of the eight grandchildren and three great grand children.

Before moving to Sarasota I was a licensed building contractor (up to 5 stories) in Connecticut for twenty years.

It was a pleasure transitioning from being a licensed builder to getting licensed in the year 2002 to sell Real Estate in a sub-tropical paradise.
My first ten years of selling and listing homes and land were spent working out of one of the most productive offices located on St. Armand's Circle, Sarasota Florida. 

Now for the last eleven years I have worked for the most convivial organizations ever where I kept my desk at Exit King Realty on Clark Road.
We have ofices in Sarasota, Venice and Lakewood Ranch. It is convenient and easier to do business at these locations.
